The candidate must be capable of structured, independent work within a complex daily routine and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and authorities. Documentation skills aligned with treatment and development plans are required. The workplace emphasizes a high professional standard based on KRAP (Cognitive, Resource-focused, and Appreciative Pedagogy) and offers ongoing supervision and professional development within a supportive team environment. A valid driver's license category B is necessary. Overall, the ideal candidate demonstrates strong pedagogical competencies, therapeutic experience, and a commitment to fostering positive development and well-being for children and youth in challenging circumstances.

Krav
- Erfaring med behandlingsarbejde med børn og unge
- Pædagogisk uddannelse og viden om udviklingspsykologi
- Kan arbejde struktureret og selvstændigt i en kompleks hverdag
- Stærke relationskompetencer og anerkendende tilgang
- Kan håndtere konflikter og skabe tryghed
- Gerne erfaring med målgruppen ift. § 43, stk. 1, nr. 6 og nr. 3
