This role requires a skilled Service Technician with a strong customer focus to manage installation, service, and support of AGRAMKOW Fluid Systems equipment primarily across Europe. Key technical competencies include a relevant education in electrical, mechanical, or electronic engineering, with deep knowledge of troubleshooting and construction in electrical and mechanical systems. Experience with electronics, PLC programming, and software integration is essential, reflecting the multidisciplinary nature of the equipment. The position involves working in international, cross-functional teams combining electrical, mechanical, electronic, PLC, and software expertise. The technician must be adept at on-site and workshop repair, installation, and maintenance, including documenting repairs and upgrades. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are mandatory, with German language skills considered advantageous. The role demands excellent collaboration and knowledge-sharing abilities, as well as the capacity to train customer personnel and contribute to upselling efforts. Extensive travel (60-120 days annually) is a significant aspect, requiring candidates to be travel-ready. Additional certifications related to refrigerants, pneumatics, and vacuum systems are desirable but not mandatory. Overall, the ideal candidate combines technical proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems, practical experience with PLC and software, customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
