About the role

Role Summary

  • Position: ServiceNow Engineer (Remote)
  • Contract role: 12 months, renewable
  • Client based in Dubai (one of the largest companies in the region)
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead platform enhancements and ensure alignment with IT service management and business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery)
  • Develop custom widgets, UI policies, and configure the ServiceNow Service Portal
  • Work with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
  • Integrate third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server configurations
  • Manage IT Infrastructure Management (ITIM): CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management
  • Work with ITOM module
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Manage integrations using REST and SOAP

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module development
  • Experience with system integrations, web services, and APIs
