This role requires a communications advisor with a strategic mindset and a passion for sustainable solutions, focusing on large-scale climate, environmental, and technical projects within a municipal context. The candidate should have experience in developing and executing communication plans, simplifying complex infrastructure projects for diverse audiences, and managing daily press and social media communications. Strong skills in speechwriting, film production, and organizing citizen-focused campaigns and events are essential. The position demands excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate political organizations effectively. A background in communications or journalism at the bachelor's level is required, preferably with experience in municipal government, news media, agencies, or political organizations. The role involves collaboration across digital development, external and internal communications, social media, and design teams, as well as close cooperation with climate, technical, and environmental departments. Participation in internal climate networks and contributing to the development of new climate plans for the organization are also key responsibilities. The candidate must be adept at understanding and communicating technical issues clearly and empathetically to various stakeholders, including directors, managers, and the public. This mid-level position is a two-year project appointment with a flexible work environment and an emphasis on high professional standards and strong collaborative relationships.

- Fokus på projekter inden for klima, miljø og teknik
- Toårig projektansættelse i Kommunikationsafdelingen
- Rådgivning af direktører, chefer og kolleger på tværs af kanaler og målgrupper
Ansvarsområder
- Formidle komplekse anlægsprojekter til borgerne
- Udvikle og implementere kommunikationsplaner
- Dagligt pressearbejde og kommunikation på sociale medier
- Taleskrivning, filmproduktion og borgerrettede kampagner/events
- Deltage i kommunens interne klimanetværk
- Bidrage til udvikling af ny klimaplan for kommunens organisation
Kvalifikationer
- Evne til at sætte sig i andres sted og kommunikere med mange typer mennesker
- Hurtig til at forstå og formidle tekniske problemstillinger
- Skarp formidling af budskaber og evne til at gøre det komplicerede forståeligt
- Stærke relationelle kompetencer og dømmekraft
- Erfaring med at navigere i en politisk organisation
- Kommunikationsfaglig eller journalistisk uddannelse
- Gerne erfaring fra kommune, nyhedsmedie, bureau eller politisk organisation

Ansættelsesvilkår
