This role requires a highly analytical controller with a strong economic background, ideally holding a degree such as cand.merc. or equivalent. The candidate must have solid experience in controlling, with a particular emphasis on leveraging data as a foundation for decision-making. Key technical competencies include expertise in data management, automation, and digital development, especially within Microsoft environments. Practical experience with SAP, including SAP BW, is advantageous. The role involves leading data and digitalization projects from conception through implementation, developing and maintaining data models and reporting tools, and identifying automation opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for driving AI-based solutions to enhance business processes. Controlling responsibilities extend to managing foreign subsidiaries' financial reporting, participating in month-end closing activities, ensuring data quality and compliance with deadlines, handling transfer pricing documentation, and updating intercompany agreements. Budgeting and forecasting model development and updates are also critical, alongside providing management with insightful analyses and decision support. The ideal candidate works independently, demonstrates high responsibility and engagement, and maintains a strong quality focus. About the role
Vi søger en engageret og ambitiøs controller med stærk økonomiforståelse og erfaring inden for data, automatisering og digitalisering. Du vil arbejde på tværs af Qubiqa-koncernen i Danmark og Polen med fokus på at udvikle datadrevne løsninger, styrke rapportering og understøtte controlling – særligt med fokus på automatisering og digital udvikling.
Ansvarsområder
Data, automatisering og digital udvikling (60 %)
- Drive data- og digitaliseringsprojekter fra idé til implementering
- Udvikle, implementere og vedligeholde datamodeller og rapportering til økonomi og forretning
- Identificere og gennemføre automatiseringsmuligheder for bedre datakvalitet og optimerede processer
- Drive udvikling og brug af AI-baserede løsninger i Microsoft-miljøet
Datterselskabscontrolling og rapportering (40 %)
- Controlling af udenlandske datterselskaber og sikre rapportering efter koncernstandarder
- Deltage i månedsafslutning og rapportering, inkl. SAP
- Overholde deadlines og sikre kvalitet i regnskabsdata
- Håndtere TP-dokumentation og opdatere samhandelsaftaler
- Udarbejde og opdatere budgetterings- og forecastingmodeller
- Understøtte ledelsen med analyser og beslutningsgrundlag
Krav
- Solid økonomisk baggrund (fx cand.merc. eller tilsvarende)
- Erfaring med controlling og brug af data som beslutningsgrundlag
- Fordel med erfaring i automatisering, digital udvikling, SAP, SAP BW og Microsoft-teknologier, inkl. AI- og automatiseringsløsninger
- Arbejder selvstændigt, tager ansvar og driver opgaver fra idé til løsning
