This position requires a calm, patient, and empathetic individual with a genuine interest in animals, plants, and nature. The role involves supporting a highly gifted 7-year-old boy with Asperger's syndrome and ADHD by engaging with his interests in wildlife, ontology, and nature. Key competencies include experience or familiarity with children who have autism spectrum disorders and/or ADHD, as well as the ability to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment. Practical tasks include accompanying the child weekly on nature walks to explore and identify flora and fauna using identification apps, and facilitating indoor activities such as reading animal books or painting and drawing when outdoor conditions are unsuitable. Preferred qualifications include vocational education or experience in pedagogy or related fields, emphasizing skills in child development and special needs support. The candidate should demonstrate curiosity, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills to meet the child's intellectual and emotional needs.
