The candidate should understand the importance of a stable and supportive daily routine and be capable of managing challenging behaviors by redirecting and motivating the child. A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous to facilitate outings. The position demands reliability and flexibility, with scheduled work two weekdays for four hours each and occasional weekend shifts. About the role
Stillingen er hos en venlig 13-årig dreng med autisme, der har stor interesse for computerspil, hoppeborgsture og køreture. Du skal kunne bevare roen og motivere ham gennem sjove og spændende aktiviteter.
Ansvarsområder
- Støtte drengen i tøjskift, når det er nødvendigt
- Hjælpe med praktiske opgaver som at hælde vand op i en flaske og støtte ved toiletbesøg (vask og tørring af hænder)
- Motivere og aflede ham ved kravafvisende adfærd
- Bruge piktogrammer til kommunikation, da han har begrænset verbalt sprog og benytter et-ords ytringer
Arbejdstid
- To hverdage om ugen fra kl. 12 og 4 timer frem
- Mulighed for weekendvagt af 4 timers varighed en gang imellem
Krav
- Ufaglært, men erfaring med autisme
- Tålmodig og rolig
- Forstår betydningen af en støttende og stabil hverdag
- Evne til at motivere og skabe tryghed gennem spil og leg
