Role Summary: Logistics & Venue

  • Lead the team ensuring smooth event operations
  • Coordinate venue bookings, event schedules, decorations, AV setup
  • Oversee swag, prizes, catering, and all event details

Responsibilities

  • Secure venues, handle decorations, arrange event layouts
  • Manage ordering and delivery of food, swag, and prizes
  • Create and maintain event schedules
  • Coordinate with sponsors and other teams for smooth on-site execution

  • Enthusiasm & motivation
  • No prior experience or specific degree needed
