Role Summary
- Lead all initiatives around engaging with our community of customers and potential customers
- Arrange and attend physical events in the hospitality space
- Responsible for pre- and post-event sales efforts
- Research and select relevant events to attend
- Prepare participant lists for the sales team
- Plan event presence (from roll-ups to flight tickets)
- Maximize value from each event
- Types of events: expos, roundtables, local meetups, dinners, panels, and more
- Travel required, mainly in the UK
- Full-time role based in London with a hybrid setup

- Fill All Gravy's own events with the right people from the right brands
- Enable sales to have real conversations and follow-ups at each event

Requirements
- Preferably part of the hospitality space with an existing network
- Enjoys spending time meeting people and being an ambassador
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup (office, events, work-from-home)
