Role Summary
- Join the European Facilities team as a Facility Specialist (maternity cover)
- Based in the Virum office
- Support day-to-day facility and office administration and coordination
- Report to the Head of Facilities
- Work closely with key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administration, including facility database and asset register
- Coordinate communications to team members
- Book and manage meeting rooms
- Order supplies and manage deliveries
- Support facility projects (office refurbishments, rebrands, lease renewals)
- Help maintain health and safety processes
- Support environmental sustainability initiatives in offices
- Provide general support across the team as needed
Requirements
- Excellent administration skills
- Competency with MS Word and Excel
- Passion for organising and delivering great service
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised and adaptable to change
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Willingness to travel as required
