- Enhance value creation in Group Functions (GF)
- Group Functions support business units in areas such as finance, risk management, legal, compliance, HR, sustainability, marketing, and communication
Responsibilities
- Act as Financial Business Partner for a business area within Group Functions
- Represent the CFO Area in the business area's management team
- Coordinate the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) process
- Develop a sustainable framework to unlock value through finance partnering
- Contribute to a more data-driven decision-making style
- Collaborate with senior management to optimise financial performance
Requirements
- Relevant master level degree
- 0–3 years of relevant working experience
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships
- Strong communication and value-added insight capabilities
- Curiosity in data analytics and digitisation; interest in tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI
- Open mindset for working in a diverse and complex organisation
- Proficiency in oral and written English
