Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial control, reporting, and budgeting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidation for international subsidiaries
- Monitor cash flow, costs, and profitability for effective financial planning and analysis
- Oversee daily financial tasks
- Develop and maintain internal controls and policies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements (including transfer pricing)
- Collaborate with management to provide insights supporting business decisions
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Handle customer invoicing and payroll for employees in Denmark
- Assist with bookkeeping and supplier payments during colleague absences
Requirements
- Relevant education in finance or accounting
- Several years of documented experience as Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (experience with Economics and Danløn is a plus, but not required)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

- Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
