Role Summary
Would you like to lead the F&B operations of a unique and ambitious company on Copenhagen’s hospitality and venue scene, with 60–70 employees during the summer season?
Winter Island / Green Island is growing and continuously evolving, creating the need for strong and professional leaders. We are looking for an ambitious and structured F&B Manager with overall responsibility for kitchen and bar operations, ensuring high quality, efficient workflows, and clear leadership in both daily operations and large-scale events.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for kitchen and bar operations
- Development, implementation, and follow-up on procedures, guidelines, and standards
- Ensuring consistently high quality in products and service
- Leadership, onboarding, and development of staff
- Process optimization with a focus on efficiency, flow, and financial performance
- Planning and execution of larger events
- Responsibility for quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
- Close collaboration with other leaders to ensure cohesive operations

Requirements
- Solid experience within Food & Beverage in the hospitality industry
- Documented experience in people management
- Structured, analytical, and proactive work style
- Quality-driven and thrive in a role with responsibility and decision-making
- Lead through clear expectations, feedback, and follow-up
- Maintain overview and act professionally in a high-paced environment
- Ambitious and motivated by developing both people and the business
- Fluent in English (Danish is an advantage)
- Flexible and available evenings and weekends
