This role requires a personal assistant to provide comprehensive 24/7 support to a young adult with muscle atrophy. Key competencies include practical assistance, personal care, domestic tasks, driving (category B license preferred), accompaniment, and secretarial duties. The assistant must be able to assist with BiPAP therapy and strictly adhere to health and safety protocols, particularly regarding infectious disease precautions such as COVID-19 and lung infections. Essential personal qualities include maturity, stability, reliability, flexibility, honesty, and strong situational awareness. Effective collaboration skills and a positive, open, and tolerant attitude are important for working within a team environment. While no prior experience is required as training is provided, having good communication skills in German or English is advantageous. The position values candidates who are approximately 35 years old or younger and preferably male. The assistant will join a team and receive remuneration through DUOS under the FOA collective agreement. Overall, the role demands practical caregiving abilities, responsibility for health-related tasks, interpersonal skills, and the capacity to maintain a safe environment for a vulnerable individual.
