- Stillingen er på 30 timer pr. uge
Ansvarsområder
- Vejlede børn, unge og familier i valg af fritidsaktiviteter, der matcher deres interesser og behov
- Samarbejde tæt med det lokale foreningsliv for at sikre en god og tryg opstart
- Understøtte og motivere familier i sårbare eller komplekse livssituationer
- Indgå i netværk med fagpersoner som skoler, SSP, socialrådgivere og boligsociale medarbejdere
- Deltage i udvikling af tilbud, så flere børn kan blive en del af fællesskaber
- Arbejde med varierende opgaver både ude i marken og på kontoret
Om dig
- Erfaring med børn og unge samt opbygning af relationer til familier og foreninger
- Kendskab til det frivillige foreningsliv og værdsætter værdien af fællesskab
- Kan rumme forskellige livssituationer og møde mennesker i øjenhøjde
- Trives med koordinering og at holde mange tråde samlet
- Synlig og aktiv i netværk
- Stærk kommunikator, både med forældre og foreningsbestyrelser
- Struktureret og kan arbejde selvstændigt
- Brænder for børn og unges trivsel og tror på fritidsfællesskabers betydning
Om jobbet og ansættelsen
- Fast stilling på 30 timer ugentligt
- Tiltrædelse hurtigst muligt og senest 1. april 2026
- Løn efter Ny løn og aftale med relevant organisation
