Ship end-to-end: polished Next.js frontend, secure APIs, background processing, and AI-driven document workflows
Build for trust: privacy-first handling of sensitive documents, strong reliability, and auditability from day one
Set the foundations: testing discipline, dev workflows, and a scalable codebase

Requirements

Proven full-stack delivery: ship and maintain production web products (frontend and backend)
Frontend excellence: strong React / Next.js / TypeScript skills, focus on UX and performance
Backend systems: experience building APIs/services (Next.js routes and/or Express), integrating external services
Document pipelines: experience with OCR and document workflows (e.g., Azure AI Vision), improving extraction accuracy
Production LLM workflows: PII masking, structured outputs, validation, monitoring (e.g., OpenAI via Azure)
