This senior Full Stack Engineer role at Lumina emphasizes a frontend-focused expertise with strong leadership in platform and product development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly React, and a deep understanding of scalable architecture, API design, and data modeling. Responsibilities include evolving the frontend platform into a scalable, maintainable system, implementing core product features like operational dashboards and decision-support interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration between frontend, backend, and machine learning systems. The role demands translating complex AI/ML-driven operational insights into clear, user-friendly interfaces while setting frontend standards and best practices for long-term growth. Candidates must prioritize performance, security, and reliability, and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with close collaboration across product, engineering, and customer teams. The position offers significant ownership as the first full-time engineering hire beyond the founders, with direct influence on product direction and equity participation. Experience working at the intersection of AI, machine learning, and electric vehicle operations is highly relevant, as the platform monitors large-scale EV charging networks using pattern recognition and agentic infrastructure. The role requires a practical, build-and-ship mindset over extensive meetings, with a focus on impactful software that optimizes real-time operations and maintenance workflows. Located in Copenhagen, the position involves close collaboration with founders and domain experts, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI-powered operational platforms in a startup environment.
