Denmark’s first national student hackathon brings together creative minds from all degrees and backgrounds for 24 hours of rapid, collaborative problem-solving. It’s a platform where students can connect across universities, make an impression on the industry, and fast-track academic confidence through a weekend of intense innovation.

Role Summary

Join the team that fuels RoyalHacks behind the scenes. The Sponsorships & Finance team ensures the event has the resources to thrive—building partnerships, securing funds, managing budgets, and shaping the relationships that make RoyalHacks possible.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential sponsors and partners
• Develop sponsorship packages and partnership proposals
• Manage incoming funds, budgets, and expense tracking
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure financial transparency and planning

Requirements

• Organized, proactive communicators
• Interested in entrepreneurship, partnerships, or business strategy
• Comfortable with outreach and networking
• No prior experience required—just curiosity and commitment!

• October–March: 3–5 h/week (hybrid of remote & on-location, depending on your team’s internal agreements)
