The Growth & GTM Lead role requires 1-4+ years of experience in business development, sales, management consulting, investing, or other commercial roles within tech companies, ideally at a startup or small team. Full professional proficiency in English and willingness to be based in Helsinki with some travel across Europe are required. Experience or interest in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy and utilities, or process industries is a plus. Requirements
