Growth Manager

Role Summary

Homeswap is a platform where members can stay in each other’s homes instead of paying for accommodation when they travel. You earn credits by hosting, and you can use them to travel. We already have members in more than 20 countries and are now ready to scale.

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to help us bring more homes onto the platform and accelerate our next stage of growth.

Start date: 1 January 2026

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end acquisition funnel for new listings
  • Work closely with product and influencer lead to build and optimise growth experiments
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (mainly Meta and TikTok)
  • Run experiments to improve landing page performance and conversion
  • Improve onboarding and listing completion rate
  • Manage CRM and lifecycle activation (email)
  • Drive data-driven optimisation and growth tracking
  • Build playbooks for successful strategies and scale them

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles
  • Experience in a startup or fast-moving digital environment
  • Strong skills in paid social (Meta and TikTok)
  • Good understanding of activation and retention mechanics
  • Ability to move from hypothesis to live test quickly
  • Product-minded approach to growth
  • Test-and-learn mindset; prefer experiments over long planning cycles
  • Hands-on, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Will collaborate with Influencer Manager (not expected to run influencer marketing directly)
