The position involves overseeing daily lab operations, delivering Proof-of-Value projects to enhance customer experience and business growth, and fostering a culture of trust, creativity, and teamwork. Responsibilities
- Champion the GenAI Innovation Lab's mission by aligning with Domain Leads and collaborating across teams
- Deliver innovative GenAI solutions through Proof-of-Value’s (POVs) to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth
- Explore and embed new technologies into Danske Bank
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives aligned with the bank's GenAI vision
- Oversee daily lab operations, including planning, backlog management, and performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with governance policies and manage risks related to GenAI products and services
- Lead adoption of agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Serve as a sparring partner and advisor to CAIO, CEO, COO, and CTO on GenAI strategy
