Experience working in dynamic, international settings and managing virtual teams is necessary. Additionally, familiarity with integrating AI into HR processes and business development is a valuable asset. A bachelor's degree supports the educational foundation for this leadership role. About the role
As a trusted HR partner unit, we support the Financial Crime Risk and Prevention (FCRP) management team in shaping a people strategy that enables the organisation to deliver on its mandate while aligning with the Forward’28 strategy. Our work includes advisory on HR policies, processes, programmes, and organisational priorities, ensuring consistency, quality, and best practice across a complex and evolving landscape.
About the Team
- Manage a team of 8 experienced HR Partners across the Nordics and Poland
- Indirect oversight of 2 HR Partners in Lithuania
- Team members dedicate varying amounts of time to FCRP (10–20% up to full-time)
- Senior, autonomous team profiles who value sparring, knowledge sharing, and peer support
- Strong cross-unit collaboration and shared purpose
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an international team of HR Partners across the Nordics, Poland, and Lithuania
- Ensure transparency, guidance, and effective collaboration within the team
- Drive organisational change initiatives and partner with business leaders on key people decisions
- Coach managers to role-model strong leadership behaviours in line with Danske Bank standards
- Execute core global HR processes (year-end compensation, promotions, talent management)
- Ensure fairness, consistency, and sound governance in HR processes
- Translate business needs into people strategies and provide advice on HR policies and processes
- Contribute to both operational and long-term development priorities
