About the role

Role Summary

  • Lead the Investor Services Client Management team within Danske Bank, Transaction Banking in Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I)
  • Deliver financial infrastructure to the largest Nordic corporate and institutional customers
  • Act as the main point of entry for all post trade related services
  • Contribute to a large transformational project within Investor Services
  • Foster an inclusive, service-minded, and collaborative team culture

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of experienced Client Managers
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to bridge teams and domains
  • Partner with customer advisory teams, origination, trading, customer services, operations, and other business areas
  • Lead client meetings and participate in pre-sales and ad hoc meetings with Investor Services Sales and other internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of post trade products and services offered by Danske Bank
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market, vendor, and regulatory implications
  • Provide input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans
  • Ensure customers' service requirements are met end-to-end across Investor Services post trade products
  • Create an encouraging and collaborative environment through inclusive leadership
