Role Summary

As Head of Media Partnerships, you will:

• Lead and manage remote media managers across different countries
• Build, motivate, and structure the team for strong performance
• Identify new media leads and opportunities in multiple markets
• Develop outreach strategies to drive growth and support clients’ needs
• Set goals, monitor progress, and ensure KPIs are met
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and results
• Act as the bridge between the outreach team, sales, and management

Requirements

• Proven experience in media outreach, link building, or digital PR
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote and international teams
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Ability to structure, organize, and optimize workflows
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach
• Confident in using AI-tools (experience in making automations is a plus)
