Responsibilities
Client/Account Management
- Lead both client and internal teams to achieve client goals
- Ask clarifying questions to improve process and efficiency
- Translate client needs and feedback into actionable items for the team
- Communicate team strategies and reasoning to clients
- Organize and advocate for all project details
- Organize, lead, and host meetings
Project Management
- Understand client needs and timing
- Build and communicate project timelines
- Communicate deliverables, changes, and requests to the team
- Produce agendas and meeting recaps
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely delivery
Risk, Resource Planning & Management
- Assess size, scope, and timing of requests
- Manage risks related to budget, timeline, and other areas
