About Køge Hospital Project Team I/S (KHPT)
Køge Hospital Project Team I/S (KHPT) is a joint venture between Itinera and CMB, two leading Italian construction companies. The Køge Hospital Project is a major expansion and renovation of the University Hospital in Køge. Once completed, the hospital will feature extended specialist departments and new research facilities, bringing Zealand’s university hospitals together under one roof.
Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and structured HR Assistant to support the Human Resources function with daily administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, processes, and data, and is looking to build a career within Human Resources in an international project environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR functions
- Assist with salary checks, HR procedures, and compliance-related activities
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding of new employees, and employee mobility activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Confident and experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
