The role demands strong knowledge of employee representation systems such as the Main Committee (Hovedudvalget) and the MED system, as well as experience managing cross-organizational projects. The consultant will collaborate closely within a specialized HR team, contributing to risk management, insurance, and personnel law functions. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance detailed operational tasks with strategic oversight are essential. Familiarity with public sector organizational structures and the ability to support organizational success in practice is important. The position requires versatility, combining hands-on HR advisory skills with facilitation and development capabilities, emphasizing labor law compliance and collaborative governance frameworks. Dine opgaver
- Indgå i HR-teamet med fem konsulenter og en assistent
 - Arbejd med ledelses- og teamudvikling, arbejdsmiljø, læring og udvikling
 - Rådgivning af Direktionen
 - Planlægning af lederseminarer
 - Undervisning og facilitering af processer
 - Understøtte organisationens succes i praksis
 - Fokus på opgaver relateret til Hovedudvalget, MED-systemet og tværorganisatoriske projekter
 - Varierede arbejdsdage med både detaljefokus og overblik
