Role Summary
- Work from home as a Call Center Vacation Planner
- Must reside in the Orlando, FL area
- Assist Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC) Owners and guests with vacation planning
- Create memorable experiences in a supportive and inclusive environment
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and potential owners via outbound (and some inbound) calls
- Sell preview package sales/tours and explain available opportunities
- Answer questions and verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours
- Schedule tours for HVC properties
- Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
- Explain requirements for attending sales presentations
- Check accommodation availability and suggest alternatives if needed
- Interact professionally with colleagues and guests
- Contribute to team goals
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Must live in the Orlando, FL area
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Able to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehension
- May require background and drug screening per company policy and legal requirements
