Role Summary
- Join Uniify as an Implementation Specialist at the center of developing our implementation process and ongoing customer success
- Guide clients through the sales and implementation process of our software solution
- Ensure customers have a smooth and successful experience with our software
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance
- Act as the direct link between Tech and Sales, reporting to management of both departments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements
- Provide hands-on training to clients with customer success and sales, demonstrating best practices for using our software
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success, addressing technical concerns or issues
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to resolve customer issues and drive product improvements
- Develop implementation systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability of customer success
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role, preferably in Fintech or SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Comfortable iterating, learning, and measuring technical and commercial results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Thorough in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to advise product and commercial decisions
