Role Summary
- Central and visible role in daily operations and development of inland and transport processes at APM Terminals Kalundborg
- Part of the management team, reporting to the Executive Manager
- Combines operational responsibility with leadership, administration, and process improvement
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily operations, primarily through gate dispatch
- Plan and coordinate external transports and collaborate with E-trucks
- Act as contact person for stakeholders in driving and transport
- Ensure compliance with working hours, tachograph regulations, and maintenance of relevant equipment
- Responsible for the Inland repair shop and coordination of repair activities
- Inventory management for a small workshop and warehouse in IFS
- Order and handle inventory in IFS (Inland)
- Prepare daily analysis for use in SQDC meetings
- Improve and develop processes using LEAN methodology
- Personnel responsibility for permanent TEOs
- Actively contribute to organizational culture and engagement
- Handle other administrative and ad hoc tasks
