- Fokus på udvikling af kollegers faglige kompetencer og kvalitet i patientbehandling
- Instruktør både i undervisning og drift for at sikre praksisnær læring
- Indgår i ambulancedrift for at bevare et opdateret fagligt fundament

- Lokalt tilhørsforhold i Esbjerg eller Odense
- Del af et regionalt, stærkt fællesskab på tværs af områder
- Samarbejde med Falck og andre instruktører i regionen
