Rolle Summary
Som installationstekniker hos Vores Elnet bliver du en del af et team, der sikrer korrekt installation og måling af elmålere. Du får ansvar for teknisk sagsbehandling og er bindeled mellem Vores Elnet, autoriserede elinstallatører og installationsejere. Du bidrager til at optimere arbejdsgange og systemer for at sikre effektivitet og høj kvalitet.
Responsibilities
- Teknisk sagsbehandling af installationer
- Administration og opfølgning på til- og færdigmeldinger fra autoriserede elinstallatører
- Håndtering af større og komplekse solcellesager
- Udarbejde og løbende forbedre SOP’er (standard arbejdsinstruktioner)
- Bidrage til udvikling og optimering af arbejdsgange i takt med nye it-systemer
Requirements
- Erfaring fra elbranchen, fx som installatør, projektleder eller lignende
- Kendskab til lovgivning og processer indenfor forsyningsområdet
- Fokus på kundeminded service og god kommunikation
- Evne til at bevare overblikket og arbejde struktureret i et travlt miljø
- Trives med samarbejde og sparring i et team
