Responsibilities include managing school-based practical training in a company-like setting, coordinating with school facilities, and collaborating with business consultants to ensure satisfactory apprenticeship conditions. The instructor will participate in evaluation processes, assessments, and retention efforts, as well as coach and support students in securing apprenticeships. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, including being outgoing, results-driven, empathetic, and able to build relationships. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are necessary to effectively convey technical concepts and motivate students. The role demands flexibility, a service-minded attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within an active educational environment. Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards, such as ISO 45001 certification, is beneficial. Overall, the position blends technical expertise in electrical installation with educational competencies, focusing on practical training, student development, and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to foster a motivating learning environment.

Ansvarsområder
- Selvstændig planlægning, design og instruktion i praksisnære opgaver
- Drift af skolepraktik i virksomhedsform, inkl. samarbejde med skolens bygningstjeneste
- Opfølgning på aftaler og aktiviteter for at sikre tilfredsstillende praktikforhold (i samarbejde med virksomhedskonsulenten)
- Deltagelse i evalueringsprocesser, bedømmelser og fastholdelsesindsatser
- Coaching og støtte til elevernes praktikpladssøgning
- Understøtte underviserkolleger på elektrikeruddannelsen efter behov
Kvalifikationer
- Erhvervsuddannelse som elektriker, gerne med installatøreksamen og relevant efteruddannelse
- Gerne undervisningserfaring eller erfaring med oplæring af elever
- Kendskab til el-branchen i Østjylland
- Udadvendt, resultatorienteret og kontaktskabende
- Stor indlevelsesevne og empati
- Gode formulerings- og formidlingsevner
