The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent project management capabilities, adept at creating structure and driving execution in fast-paced, evolving contexts. Key competencies include coordinating multiple stakeholders across diverse functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of integration milestones. Strong communication skills are essential for acting as the primary liaison between Tise and eBay integration teams, providing transparent updates, surfacing leadership requirements, and maintaining audit-ready documentation compliant with governance standards. The role demands a proactive, self-starting problem solver who can navigate ambiguity with sound judgment, balancing escalation with independent decision-making. Collaboration and positive, pragmatic energy are critical to facilitate solution delivery and overcome risks, blockers, and resource constraints. A bachelor’s degree underpins the educational foundation, supporting the leadership level experience expected. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence a major integration within the Nordic tech scene, requiring a blend of strategic oversight, operational execution, and interpersonal skills to preserve organizational culture while achieving ambitious integration goals.

About the role

Integration Lead

Role Summary

At Tise, we’re on a mission to create the world’s best second-hand marketplace — where sustainability meets style and buying pre-loved feels even better than buying new. Following our acquisition by eBay, we’re entering an exciting new chapter and seeking an Integration Lead to help shape Tise’s future as we integrate into the broader eBay ecosystem.

As Integration Lead, you’ll be the central program manager and point of contact for all back-office functional integration activities, connecting Tise, eBay’s integration teams, and key functional leads. You’ll ensure alignment, coordination, and delivery on ambitious goals while preserving Tise’s unique culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Integration Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with eBay’s Business Unit Integration Lead and integration teams. Attend central integration meetings, provide status updates, and ensure leadership requirements are surfaced and documented.
  • Drive Execution: Schedule, coordinate, and ensure timely execution of all back-office integration deliverables. Raise issues, manage dependencies, and maintain clear communication with partners.
  • Problem-Solve Across Functions: Identify, raise, and help resolve risks, blockers, and resource constraints in collaboration with eMIT and functional teams, ensuring alignment with the overall integration strategy.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Involve relevant team members for project inputs, functional expertise, and solution delivery across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain integration trackers and deliverables in line with eMIT standards, ensuring documentation and reporting are audit-ready and compliant with governance expectations.
  • Keep Everyone Aligned: Provide weekly updates to Tise’s leadership team, ensuring transparency on integration progress, open questions, and support needs.

Requirements

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment. Experience from M&As or M&A integration is a strong plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with a natural ability to create structure in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
  • Self-starter and problem-solver who thrives on finding solutions and moving things forward.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with good judgment on when to escalate and when to decide.
  • Collaborative, communicative, and bring positive and pragmatic energy to every challenge.

Benefits

  • Work closely with both Tise and eBay, offering a unique view into one of the most exciting integrations in the Nordic tech scene.
  • Be part of a dedicated and passionate team that combines purpose with innovation.
  • Enjoy a vibrant Oslo HQ, competitive compensation, and a culture that values autonomy, humor, and trust.
