About the role
Role Summary
At Tise, we’re on a mission to create the world’s best second-hand marketplace — where sustainability meets style. Following our acquisition by eBay, we’re entering an exciting new chapter and seeking an Integration Manager to help shape Tise’s future as we integrate into the broader eBay ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll support the successful integration of new acquisitions into eBay’s back-office functions, working closely with Tise’s Integration Lead. You’ll coordinate day-to-day integration activities, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication between teams and partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Support integration activities across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Facilities by tracking progress, documenting updates, and ensuring follow-up on deliverables
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, workshops, and delivery reviews with functional leads and integration partners
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including trackers, action logs, and status reports for integration workstreams, as directed by the Integration Lead
- Prepare meeting notes, circulate action items, and ensure partners complete deliverables on time
- Identify and raise operational issues, resource needs, or blockers to the Integration Lead
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new tools, systems, and employees post-close, ensuring compliance with integration playbooks
- Facilitate communication with acquired employees to ensure clear updates and a smooth integration experience
- Support leadership reporting, helping prepare updates and materials for executive reviews
Requirements
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or projects, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable coordinating with diverse teams and following up on actions
- A structured and reliable approach — you know how to keep things moving and when to escalate
- Foundational problem-solving abilities and willingness to proactively ask questions or flag issues
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently under guidance
- Familiarity with MS Office or project management tools is a plus
