The role is temporary, with a minimum one-year commitment, and requires working primarily from the Copenhagen office three to four days per week. Role Summary
- Temporary position (minimum 1 year) in Danske Bank’s digital development organisation
- Join the Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe, focusing on digital customer welcoming, product orchestration, and digital sales journeys
- Work on solutions for both personal and business customers
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across three countries
Responsibilities
- Support your squad with expert UX and UI knowledge
- Advocate for user needs and collect insights for continuous feedback
- Design user-friendly concepts and fast prototypes
- Communicate and present results to colleagues and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment and collaboration across relevant parts of the organisation
Requirements
- Strong profile in UX, UI Design, or similar
- Practical experience designing UIs
- Preference for action and quick iterations over lengthy concept development
- Experience with Figma and design systems
- Ability to challenge existing solutions with new ideas
- Self-driven and motivated
- Strong communication skills to present insights and concepts simply
- Scandinavian language skills required
- Experience in the financial sector is appreciated
