Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Support Paid Media Manager in executing and optimizing paid campaigns
• Upload and manage ads on Meta, Google, Snapchat, and Reddit
• Conduct competitor ad benchmarking and analyze industry trends
• Support market research and audience insights across EU markets
• Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking
• Contribute to creative testing to identify top-performing visuals and messages

Requirements

• Currently resident in Sweden with legal right to work in Sweden
• Passionate about digital marketing, performance ads, and social media
• Detail-oriented and confident with spreadsheets and data
• Fast learner who enjoys experimentation and data-driven decision-making
• Familiar with (or eager to learn) Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Reddit Ads
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Excited to understand how growth strategies differ across European markets

Nice to Have

• Experience creating social media ad content (e.g., designing visuals or videos for Instagram, Facebook, or Snapchat)
• Experience with Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms
• Examples: Running small ad campaigns for student projects, brands, or personal accounts
