Your Team
- Investments and M&A team responsible for HEARTLAND’s investment activities
- Covers M&A transactions and portfolio management
- Collaborate closely with in-house teams (Finance, Business Development, Legal) and external network

Responsibilities
- Project management of M&A activities, including due diligence, transaction processes, and investment recommendations
- Portfolio management: strategic support, performance monitoring, and sparring with stakeholders (board of directors, management)
- Handle in- and outbound deal flows: case screening and evaluation of opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Contribute to internal reporting, prepare decision basis, and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements
- Solid experience from investment banking, corporate finance, venture funds, consultancy, in-house M&A, business development and/or as a successful founder
- Strong understanding of investments and portfolio management
- Advanced business understanding and commercial acumen
- Familiarity with Fashion, Consumer Goods, or Tech/Software is beneficial but not required
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, cand.merc., or similar relevant field
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
