- Co-lead the Channels Corporate Tribe, responsible for the end-to-end corporate customer journey
- Collaborate with business and functional specialists, developers, and designers in a mature agile setup
- Work with a diverse team across Denmark, Lithuania, and India
Responsibilities
- Drive development of critical IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, robustness, and security
- Enhance IT and digital capabilities across the Channels Corporate value chain, from product management to operations and risk management
- Cultivate a progressive engineering culture, empowering IT professionals to innovate and deliver high-quality solutions
- Define architectural frameworks and drive technological initiatives
Requirements
- Strong technical background in IT architecture and digital interface development
- Proven record in building critical applications and scalable mobile and web solutions for corporate customers
- Experience in fintech or financial services industry
- Ability to balance vision, strategy, technology, and business requirements
- Passion for mentoring and nurturing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adaptable to various technical levels
- Thrive in agile environments and adapt to new challenges
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
