Experience in planning, executing, and managing complex deliveries with multiple dependencies is critical. This leadership position reports to the Head of Personal & Business Customers T&S and requires a collaborative mindset and adaptability to new challenges in a dynamic environment.

Role Summary
- Lead IT initiatives for the Debt Management Development Tribe at Danske Bank
- Oversee end-to-end responsibility for the Debt Management customer journey
- Drive major projects such as Early Mitigation, Early Collection, and Late Debt Collection solutions
- Ensure a strong data foundation and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with business and functional specialists, software and data engineers, and other stakeholders in an agile setup
- Work in a diverse, inclusive environment with team members across Denmark, Lithuania, and India
Responsibilities
- Co-lead the tribe alongside a Tribe Lead
- Define architectural frameworks and lead business and technology initiatives
- Enhance IT and digital capabilities across Debt Management, including GenAI and the Software Development Lifecycle
- Provide strategic leadership within the tribe and influence broader business strategies
- Foster a progressive engineering culture that empowers IT professionals
- Execute complex deliveries, including planning, execution, and dependency management
- Report to the Head of Personal & Business Customers T&S
Requirements
- Solid technical background in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- Significant experience in fintech leadership roles, especially with agile transformations and GenAI implementations
- Ability to balance vision, strategy, business value, and technology
- Understanding of modern architectural principles (microservices, containerization, multi-cloud)
- Experience implementing strong development best practices
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to invest in cross-functional leadership
- Passion for mentoring and developing IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in agile environments and adapt to new challenges
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
