- Lead initiatives transforming the financing landscape within the Financing Businesses Tribe
- Co-lead the tribe alongside a Tribe Lead (SVP level)
- Focus on major projects like One Corporate Financing Journey and Future Financing
- Utilize Gen AI to innovate financial solutions and customer experiences
- Collaborate with business and functional specialists, developers, and designers in a mature agile setup
- Work in a diverse, inclusive, and global environment across the Nordics, Lithuania, and India
Responsibilities
- Enhance IT and digital capabilities across the corporate financing value chain
- Leverage Gen AI to address needs from product management and sales to operations and risk management
- Provide strategic leadership within the tribe and influence broader business strategies
- Create a progressive engineering culture empowering IT professionals
- Define architectural frameworks and lead technological initiatives
- Report to the Executive Vice President for Personal & Business Customers
Requirements
- Solid technical background in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- Significant experience in fintech leadership roles, especially with agile transformations and Gen AI implementations
- Understanding of modern architectural principles: microservices, containerization, multi-cloud, mobile-first development
- Ability to balance vision, strategy, technology, and business requirements
- Passion for mentoring and nurturing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical levels
- Thrive in agile environments and adapt to new challenges
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
