Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Generative AI initiatives in Corporate Channels
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI solutions
- Collaborate with engineers to develop AI-powered solutions for channels and self-service platforms
- Create and optimise prompt engineering frameworks for effective use of Generative AI models
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems to enhance customer experiences
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring robust and efficient systems
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and cloud computing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7–8 years of experience in software engineering and cloud computing
- Proven track record of delivering innovative AI-based solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Go, and related frameworks
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform), including serverless and cloud-native solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of Generative AI technologies (GenAI model APIs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering)
- Proficiency in enterprise security best practices for cloud and AI initiatives
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale AI/ML systems in regulated industries
- Certification in cloud platforms or enterprise architecture
- Strong network in the AI/ML community and experience representing organisations externally
