Responsibilities
- Sikre stabil drift og høj oppetid på teknisk infrastruktur
- Arbejde på hele havneområdet med forskellige teknologier
- Stor kontaktflade internt og eksternt
- Lede projekt for at vurdere insourcing af tekniske løsninger sammen med Head of IT & Digitalization
- Sikre stabil drift og overvågning af systemer, netværk og platforme
- Koordinere incident- og problemhåndtering
- Understøtte IT-sikkerhed og compliance i samarbejde med Security Center
- Sikre effektiv installation af servere, fejlsøgning og patching
- Videreudvikle og vedligeholde Aarhus Havns Cloud first strategi
- Udarbejde og sikre god cloud og on-prem arkitektur
Requirements
- Uddannelse som IT supporter eller datatekniker med speciale i infrastruktur
- Flere års erfaring med Microsoft cloud og on-prem
- Erfaring med Vmware er en fordel
- Evne til at sikre kvalitet og overblik samt spotte optimeringsmuligheder
