The IT Supporter role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar IT support position, ideally within a structured IT department. The candidate must possess strong technical proficiency, particularly in user support within Microsoft 365 environments and experience managing endpoints using Endpoint Manager. Responsibilities include comprehensive user support for both domestic and international users, user account creation and maintenance, preparation and configuration of computers and related equipment, as well as procurement of hardware and accessories. The role also involves asset and license management, operation of cloud-based infrastructure in collaboration with an outsourcing partner, and active participation in IT security initiatives such as user training, awareness campaigns, and security incident handling. Additionally, involvement in IT projects focusing on automation, SharePoint, and AI tools is expected. A relevant vocational IT education underpins the technical foundation, complemented by fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, approachable, curious, independent, and structured, thriving on resolving IT challenges for colleagues. Responsibilities
- Support af brugere i ind- og udland
- Oprettelse og vedligehold af brugere
- Klargøring af computere og udstyr
- Indkøb af computere og tilbehør
- Asset- og licensadministration
- Drift af cloudbaseret infrastruktur i samarbejde med outsourcing partner
- Deltage i IT-sikkerhedsarbejde, inkl. brugertræning, awareness-kampagner og håndtering af sikkerhedshændelser
- Deltage i IT-projekter, fx automatisering, øget brug af SharePoint og AI-værktøjer
Requirements
- Minimum 3 års erfaring fra lignende stilling
- God IT-teknisk forståelse
- Indgående erfaring med brugersupport i M365-miljø
- Erfaring med Endpoint Manager
- Forståelse og interesse for IT-sikkerhed
- Relevant IT-faglig uddannelse
- Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk
