IT-supporter - Multicut A/S

Role Summary

• Support both users and IT equipment in a dynamic, international company
• Work closely with the IT manager as part of a 2-person team
• Company is transitioning from Microsoft-AX to Monitor ERP (starting Q1 2026)
• Support approx. 220 internal users and 80 production machines
• Participate in on-call duty, including weekends (production runs 24/6)

Responsibilities

• User support
• Preparation of IT equipment (computers, printers, mobiles, etc.)
• Troubleshooting technical and system issues
• Ad hoc IT tasks

Requirements

• Experience supporting both people and machines in IT
• Service-minded, positive attitude, and able to work in a steel production environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call duty, including annual IT updates over weekends
• Experience with ERP support (preferably Monitor)
• Ability to obtain security clearance from Forsvarets Efterretningstjeneste (FE)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Azure
• IT-supporter education or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to communicate in Danish and English, both written and spoken

Employment Terms

• Salary by agreement (company follows DI agreement for salaried employees)
• Full-time contract with on-call duty as agreed

• Security clearance from FE required for employment
