Role Summary
Join Lenus in Helsinki as a Key Account Manager and help shape the future of holistic health. You'll target, onboard, and support leading online health and fitness coaches, driving their business growth and impact. Responsibilities
- Build a portfolio of health and fitness coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus
- Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 coaches, helping them grow their businesses and positively impact clients
- Collaborate on strategies that combine marketing, sales tactics, and business development to enhance coaches’ impact
- Foster trust-based, long-term partnerships with coaches
- Coordinate and manage projects, participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service in line with Lenus’s quality standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Driven by results and growth
- Experience in social media marketing is a plus (not required)
- Creative, collaborative, and invested in partners’ success
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in Finnish and confident in English (oral and written)
