Fluency in English is essential for communication across the Nordics region. Familiarity with CRM systems for project tracking and reporting is expected. The successful candidate will work closely with Field Application Engineers to provide technical expertise and fast response times, supporting Milexia’s portfolio growth and strategic business development. About the role
Role Summary
- Shape and develop the RF/Microwave business across the Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland)
- Collaborate closely with the Field Application Engineer (FAE) to deliver technical expertise and fast response times
- Own sales targets and work strategically with innovative customers
- Strengthen existing accounts and build new opportunities within Milexia Nordic’s portfolio
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with B2B customers in industries such as Electronics, Telecom, Industrial, Defence, and Aerospace
- Engage with R&D teams to secure design-ins for new products
- Work with procurement teams to position Milexia’s solutions in customer portfolios
- Identify new opportunities, especially within Defence and Aerospace
- Involve key suppliers in customer dialogues for optimal outcomes
- Drive the full sales process from opportunity identification to closing
- Record and maintain project progress in the CRM system

Requirements
- Solid experience in technical B2B sales, ideally with RF/Microwave components or related technologies
- Comfortable with both operational and tactical work
- Technically curious, commercially sharp, and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (R&D, procurement, suppliers, distributors, internal teams)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and motivated by creating customer value
- Relevant technical education or strong technical understanding from experience
- Fluent in English
