Responsibilities
- Executive Leadership: Oversee 4 childcare centers (3 in Copenhagen, 1 in Kolding), ensuring high-quality care for about 450 families
- Organizational Development: Drive structural evolution, professionalize workflows, and scale the organization strategically
- Strategic Decision Making: Make future-oriented decisions and solve operational challenges independently
- Empowering Teams: Lead with pedagogical expertise and business acumen, motivating staff to excel
- Representation & Negotiation: Represent the provider in dealings with municipalities, authorities, and partners; handle negotiations with confidence and diplomacy
Requirements
- Danish Market Expertise: Profound knowledge of the Danish childcare landscape (Dagtilbudsloven), gained through operating centers, consultancy, or municipal work
- Dual Competency: Solid pedagogical background combined with strong business management skills
- Leadership Experience: Proven management track record, high intercultural competence, and open-mindedness toward different generations and cultures
