Role Summary
- Position: Full-time Cook (2 positions)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards
- Assist with daily kitchen operations: mise-en-place, food preparation, plating, cleaning, inventory
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication in English and/or Danish
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to follow instructions and maintain standards for quality and hygiene
