Kommunal praksiskonsulent til Sundheds- og Omsorgscenteret i Høje-Taastrup Kommune

This role requires a practicing general practitioner with a valid provider number (ydernummer) in Høje-Taastrup Kommune, experienced in primary care and familiar with the interface between municipal health services and general practice. Key competencies include effective communication and collaboration skills to serve as a liaison between the municipality and general practitioners, especially in the context of upcoming health reforms effective from January 2027. The candidate must be able to convey knowledge from general practice to municipal health teams, support coordinated patient pathways, and contribute a general medical perspective to municipal health initiatives. Experience in implementing new healthcare initiatives and participating in structured meetings such as KLU meetings (four times annually) and related preparatory or thematic meetings is essential. The role demands ongoing engagement with municipal health leadership, specifically the Center Chief for the Health and Care Center. The position involves a limited annual time commitment (up to 150 hours) and requires flexibility and professionalism in managing part-time consultancy duties. Familiarity with the organizational structure and processes of municipal health services, as well as an understanding of the Danish healthcare system's collaboration frameworks, will be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-sectoral healthcare collaboration. The role offers remuneration according to PLO’s hourly rates, reflecting the professional level of the applicant.
